Multicast between DMZ to DMZ, DR to HQ site

If I wanted to configure two servers in DMZ's in two seperate locations to allow multicasting end to end, is this possible?

Can I enable multicasting on a single switch port to another port end to end?

Do all routers between the two servers have to allow multicasting as well?

One way You can achieve this by MVPN , Second way you can achieve by Milticast over GRE {So i can do routing properly, Even IPSEC enable on firewall.}
