Multicast Domain (mVRF) - PIM Neighbor Down

I have Multicast Domain implemented with mVRFs configured in the PE routers (C7609-S with SRE6 image).

Default MDTs are formed successfully between PE routers over Provider network.

It is being observed so frequently that PIM neigbhorship down messages over MTI (multicast tunnel interface) which is dynamically created.

However at the same time, iBGP session (ipv4 mdt)  between PEs are intact.

Also there is no change in the state of physical link upwards to the provider network.

When check the PIM hello interval on MTI interfaces, it is found as 60 seconds.

Is there a way to increase this interval over MTI (tunnel x) ?

Also I beleive the dead interval will be 180 seconds.

How can I find the cause of this frequent PIM Neighbor down messages?
