Is there any way to configure a multilink bundle with one ethernet drop link and one serial link. If so guide me with configuration steps please

Ethernet is not a point to point link so it does not support PPP encapsulation to participate in multilink. The only exception is PPPoE but that has some other requirements not just PPP.
I don't think you can bond these links with MLP.

You cannot do PPP multilink on an ethernet interface as ethernet is a multiaccess network.

Hi,
A multilink association between a ethernet interface and a serial interface seens to be impossible.
But you can do a kind of multilink association over ethernet interfaces. This kind of "feature" is called EtherChannel. With it you can group ethernet interfaces in a load balance scheme.
