Multilink PPP fragment delay command

Hi All,

I would like to understand how to calculate the multilink ppp fragment delay setting. Is there a formula to calculate this?

For Example: I would like anything over 60 bytes fragmented. How can the fragment delay (or any other command) be used to implement this?
