Can i configure Multilink witout ip address as a L2 Connectivity.

Yes its possible. You will still have to bridge traffic between your lan interface and multilink interface to pass traffic.
int mu 1
no ip add
bridge-group 1
encap ppp
int e0
no ip add
bridge-group 1
bridge 1 protocol ieee
no ip routing
int s0/1
no ip add
encap ppp
ppp multilink
multilink-group 1
int s0/2
no ip add
encap ppp
ppp multilink
multilink-group 1
