what is different between N55-M16UP-B and N55-M16UP?

there was no N55-M16UP-B in the "show inventory" of N5548UPM-6N2248TR but N55-M16UP.

actual order was N55-M16UP-B.

The N55-M16UP-B just means it was ordered as part of a bundle and is "included" and not a seperate line item. There is no difference.
