NAT a destination (outside global?) address

folks

i need to set up a route to a oracle server 10.a.b.c over my network to my firewall and out to an extranet

my network shares a backbone which already has a network which includes 10.a.b.c so i need to nat the outbound traffic destined to 10.a.b.c with another ip address

i can get a unique range or single IP ok, i.e. 10.b.c.d but how do i do this

i have a bit of knowledge of nat but only where the source address is nat'd

any advice, guidance etc gratefully accepted

thanks
