we have a CE router connecting with a PE router, and we were given a public IP, 188.8.131.52 for example. On the PE router, the servie provider just specify a IP route:"ip route 184.108.40.206 255.255.255.255 172.16.1.1" in which, 172.16.1.1 is my CE router IP address.
It should work, according to the NAT order of operation the incoming packet will be NATed back to your inside ip, before using the null route, accordingly it should work, give it a try and feedback us.
