Hello All,

Again this is very basic question but frequently confusing me:

How NAT will work? interface will it also applicable to the keepalives as well as routing protocol control traffic?

I guess the operation order of NAT will clear this picture, I read that but still before getting final packet encapsulation step what will be there? and what will be the encapsulated packet after NAT?

thanks,

Devang Patel

So for inside-to-outside you have following

* Policy routing

* Routing

* NAT inside-to-outside (src address xlated)

and for outside-to-inside

*NAT first outside-to-inside (dst address is xlated)

*Policy routing

*Routing
