NAT Multiple WAN IP

I want to do NAT overload for multiple internal subnets. The catch is I want subnet #1 to use External IP #1, subnet #2 to use External IP #2 etc.

Normally I would do the following with the route-map defining the internal subnet.

ip nat inside source route-map primary interface FastEthernet0 overload

Problem with that is it always uses the FastEthernet0 default IP. I have a /28 block on that interface.

What is the best way to do this? I don't want to use POOLS. I'm mapping internal subnets to ONE external IP not multiple. Just that I want a different external IP per internal subnet.

Cheers.

Hi,

I think you should use POOLs but you can create a POOL that consist of a single IP.

If the pool consists of a single IP, then it's like having only one IP assign to that rule.

Federico.

I had thought of that, just wanted sure if that was frowned upon or not. I guess I will give that a shot.

Appreciate it.
