I am trying to configure nating, but when i use command ip nat inside on serial0, it gives me error message, Is that IOS is old ? Please guide. Thanks. Tahir.

Not only is 11 years old, but in 11.2 plus image (with an s in the filename) are required for NAT.

At least you've 16 MB of ram to load a newer, larger image.
