is this the problem with insufficiant router memory ..i using 2 1700 series router

can some one help on this

The DRAM requirement for c1700-advsecurityk9-mz.124-11.T.bin is 96MB DRAM and you only have 64MB DRAM.

The following image should fit your router

c1700-advsecurityk9-mz.124-21.bin
