hi,
I have customer, he is having 10 branch offices.
From 10 branches employees will connect to main office occassionally using ISDN BRI connection.
In central office how to configure PRI interface of the router for these connecions.

I am always getting problem in accessing links given by you.
It is asking username password, if i supply my username password i am seeing apology page.

Looks like Paresh has a Customer profile on CCO based on the /customer in the URL of the posted link. Your CCO profile might be something other than Customer such as Partner and this is why your are denied access to his links.

That does appear to be the case... maybe I should just remove the 'customer' portion of the URL before pasting links !

Just removing "customer" from the link will produce an invalid link and not solve the problem. For many of the pages reached through customer there are also versions of the page reached through public. You might try replacing customer with public and see if that works.
