I need to be able to throttle bandwidth for a specific server (the AV server) going out to all clients. We keep running into the issue of users turning on systems that haven't beeen on for a while and our AV server pushing out all the updates for the Virus def's and client updates all at once, basically chewing up all the bandwidth on that circuit until finished. This normally wouldn't be that much of an issue except it without fail will happen during peak logon times and our phones end up blowing up with calls about slow network speeds. Can someone help?
