Need to find date fo manufacture for 1600 series routers

I need to find out if there is a way to determine the manufacture date of Cisco equipment like 1602, 1604 & PIX506? The 1600 routers do not have a physical date printed any where on the case.

This is for a customer.

One way is to identify the serial numbers of the equipment and contact Cisco. They should be able to track the serial number for you back to when it was manufactured.

I have a 1603. Try taking the cover off and looking next to the flash slot. Mine is stamped 2000.1.17 I attached a photo for your reference.
