Need to give one IP for the remote client

sir we have to internet connectivity and each ip address segment from  from each isp. to acces our internal server we are giving static nat IP in both the segment so that if one link goes down the client can access through anothe link.

we need to change the setup . need to provide one public for access this sever

I'm not sure to understood your question, but I guess that to give a public IP address to the server you will have to buy a range of IP addresses (a /30 is enough for one server) and route it.
