Need Urgent Help

Hi,

Hi guys i am facing problem in one of my router , i was trying to get the sh tech support for that router, i am getting following sh tech support format , i have seen first time can any body tell me wht is the problem and when i am getting such type of sh tech

Let's see your current privilege level by typing show priv

What happens if you do a show version, do you get an output?

i have priv that is not a problem ...yes sh version is coming..i have seen first time .

Jerry,

There is a reason for the show priv command. We need to see what level you are at... You can still have access to a router but not be at the right priv level to show or execute commands.
