Please Help..!!!

IOS version of cisco router affect the Latency in network? How it is going to affect?

No, the IOS version should not affect the latency of the network. Latency consists of many different things such as:

• queueing delay
• serialization delay
• propagation delay

Measuring delay with ICMP is not always the best because packets have to hit the CPU of the end devices and generally ICMP is not prioritized.

There is no general fix. You have to describe more about your problem. Between where is the latency? Did the latency increase compared to earlier? What kind of issues is it creating for you?
