Make it simple and easy. Use 10.x.y./24 everywhere, and a coding like x is the location, y denotes a vlan perhaps (voice, data etc).
Start with x and y having strange values, lie 178 or 224, this way you will have less chances to collide with other numberig if your organization network merges or has to "talk" with someone else.
