i configured a new multilink with my ISP and i can ping out to the Internet but users reported they couldnt get out. i am PAT'g to the multilink interface and that seems to work fine b/c i could browse the net with our local domain controllers to whatsmyip and it was as i expected. i also verified the multilink with the ISP.
anyone every experienced this before or have any input?
i'll attach my multilink config.
thanks.

verify routes at ISP end, if they are pointing towards multilink.

Hi
The config posted by you indicates that your multilink is shut.
Do make sure that you have your multilink up by giving no shut command under the same.
Also if you are trying with no shut command post your full config here ..
