NM 2W with WIC-1DSU-T1 not recognized

I just added a NM 2W card to my 2621, with a WIC-1DSU-T1 card, and it is not showing up as an available interface. The NM 2W card had the 'en' light on at startup, but now no lights, and it does not appear available. Do I need to do something else to enable it?

The WIC-1DSU-T1 is a v1 or v2 card?

If V2, you need a 2600XM router, not a regular 2600 router. Also, what IOS release version you are running?

It's a v1 card, same as two other WIC's I'm using in the built in slots.

IOS is version 12.0(7)T.

Try upgrading the IOS version.
