NM-CEM-4TE1 card installation

Hi all,

Can anybody please tell the usage of NM-CEM-4TE1 card. Actually i tried to create a p-to-p E1 using cisco 3845 routers with the above said card. it is showing controller up. link status up and cem down. Somebody told me that we cannot use that card for the above said purpose, and will be used with EPABX.

If that is the case, what is the real use of card and how exactly we can use and configure it. It will cover under Circuit Emulation Over Ip, i guess.

If any sample configuration sent, will be appreciated.

If the CEM is down, make sure you have a source/destination in your xconnect, and both the source and destination are reachable.
