I think you meant to ask that you wanted to replace it with a WIC-1DSU-T1 and not VWIC-1DSU-T1?
As far as I know the NM-HDV can only support VWICs and does not support a WIC. Usually you use the NM-HDV combined with a VWIC-MFT to support voice applications; the NM-HDV provides the DSP resources. If you were indeed supporting voice services on the VWIC (which you most probably were considering the fact that it was installed in a NM-HDV) you will not be able to support them by replacing it with a WIC-1DSU-T1. Moreover a WIC-1DSU-T1 will not work with a NM-HDV (AFAIK).
