no display in cisco 3660 router

hi,

  im having cisco 3660 cisco router.

im connected my router through console cable in windows  hyperterminal but there no output in hyperterminal.i changed baud rate and everything but there is no display.

i tried by  hyperminal,putty,teraterm etc.Pls tell me what may be the problem?

Is your router in production (live) network ??

Have you tested your console cable with other routers ??

i tested the same conole cable to other cisco router which is working well.I changed three differnt console cables but there is no display.
