No docs on command "rollback filter adaptive"

I'm working on configuration archiving and have stumbled across what seems to be an undocumented command in 12.4(25c).  In particular I am using a 2851 but would assume the command exists in other architectures and the T train as well.

Under the "archive" subcommands there is an option to enable "rollback filter adaptive."  I have been in the IOS docs, including the master list, and even the command lookup tool.  The description given interactively is "Enable adaptive learning for rollback" but I have no idea what effect that really has on rolling back to an archived config.

Has anyone used this or know what this is used for?

Thanks,
