No internet with static IP & Protectlink enabled

  I'm not sure if this is the right support area or not but here goes. I have a SA520, vs.2.1.71. My problem is this. Under a Static IP with Protectlink's Overflow Control, Web Protection and URL Filtering enabled, I cannot view any web site. If I change the Static IP to Dynamic IP, it all works with everything enabled, but as soon as I select Static, nothing. I've even tried different browsers. No matter what web page I look at under Static IP it says this: "The URL you are attempting to access has been blocked. Your organization's policy prohibits accessing this Web site."

ProtectLink is registered and under Networking it indicates all the Static setup is ok and the DNS is displaying the proper addresses.

Any suggestions?
