not able to use "set"command user policy-map

Please see the example I did:

R1(config)#class-map class1

R1(config-cmap)#match ip pre flash


R1(config)#policy-map example1

R1(config-pmap)#class class1



% Invalid input detected at '^' marker. 《-------


QoS policy-map class configuration commands:

bandwidth Bandwidth

exit Exit from QoS class action configuration mode

no Negate or set default values of a command

police Police

priority Strict Scheduling Priority for this Class

queue-limit Queue Max Threshold for Tail Drop

random-detect Enable Random Early Detection as drop policy

service-policy Configure QoS Service Policy

shape Traffic Shaping

The problem is, I am not able to use the SET command.

And the following is my IOS version and router model:

I did search from the cisco website, the SET command is avaliable since 12.2.15T, how come I am not able to use it on my router?

What parameter do you want to set for this class ?

the problem is not which parameter I want to config, it is I am not able to use "SET".

I am practising the lab, not real work.
