not seeing network drives on cisco catalyst 4507

I have recently changed my network of using a SG-300 (basic layer 3 switch) and put a 4507 in as the core router.  Now that I have 4 VLANS, I can not see NAS drives, Servers etc.  All the 3/x are gig fiber gbics run to the edge switches. All servers, NAS and printers are on VLAN 100.

I'm stuck -- Help!

can servers in vlan100 ping 

10.0.3.1 ?

Yes...from all VLAN 100, 200 and 300.
