Odd MAC address in DHCP lease

I just setup a 2611 running 12.2 IP Plus to obtain a DHCP lease from my 2620 running 12.3(10) (IP/FW/IDS PLUS IPSEC 3DES BASIC), and Im getting a rather unusually long MAC address showing up in a "show ip dhcp binding", which is almost 3 1/2 times as long as a conventional MAC.

When I translate this big long string into ASCII I get an interesting string of characters.

See the attachment for both pieces of text.

It looks like a big chunk of the DHCP request itself.

Does anyone know what causes this? It doesnt seem to be affecting anything, the 2611 gets a lease, and the lease is recorded as per above. Just seems strange.
