OER and IPSEC/VPN

I am interested in using OER to aggregate two ADSL from two ISPs. Can anyone explain if IPsec tunnels (from the router) would work over this, im confused whether this would load balance as there are two peer IPs?

Well, I can tell you that I'm having trouble getting it to work. That may very well be caused by my limited knowledge though.

I'm trying to get PPTP passthrough up and running.

I haven't even tried to get it to balance through OER, I would have been happy to get it to work on one of my two WAN links on a single 1800 router that has OER enabled.

I natted the 1723 port just fine through a route-map, and that seems to connect. However, the tunnel doesn't come up. It seems like the router doesn't know to which WAN interface the GRE packets have to be routed, and as far as I know GRE itself cannot be natted through a route-map.

If anyone knows where I could begin to solve this, I'd be very thankful...
