is this a limitation? I need 4096 Vlans

How can I overcome it. Is there something to change in vtp mode server or transparent???

Please advice

I believe XL switches do not support extended range VLANs.

Hi,

User-configurable VLANs have unique IDs from 1 to 4094. Database mode supports configuration of IDs from 1 to 1001, but not the extended addresses from 1006 to 4094.

You could create an extended vlan from configuration terminal

Remember that you need the vtp mode transparent.
