OLD Setup:
The old router with one Fa0/0 interface is connected to a switch. There are two subinterfaces made on the routers fa0/0 interface which have the following configuration:
interface FastEthernet0/0
description Connected to hub
no ip address
no ip proxy-arp
ip accounting output-packets
ip nbar protocol-discovery
service-policy output WAN-QoS
ip route-cache flow
no ip mroute-cache
duplex auto
speed auto

interface FastEthernet0/0.2
description LAN Subinterface
encapsulation dot1Q 2
ip address 199.2.123.1 255.255.255.0
ip nbar protocol-discovery
no cdp enable
standby ip 199.2.123.3
standby priority 200
standby preempt
standby track FastEthernet0/0.3 50

interface FastEthernet0/0.3
description MPLS Subinterface t
bandwidth 1024
encapsulation dot1Q 3
ip address 192.168.82.141 255.255.255.252
ip ospf network point-to-point
traffic-shape rate 1024000 25600 25600 1000
no cdp enable
crypto map MPLS-Map
NEW Setup:
In this setup the new router has two interfaces Fa0/0 and Fa0/1 and hence there is no need for a trunk interface. The following configuration has been made on these interfaces:
interface FastEthernet0/0
description MPLS Interface to ISP
ip address 192.168.82.141 255.255.255.252
ip nbar protocol-discovery
ip route-cache flow
ip ospf network point-to-point
duplex auto
speed auto
traffic-shape rate 1024000 25600 25600 1000
no cdp enable
crypto map MPLS-Map
service-policy output WAN-QoS
!
interface FastEthernet0/1
description LAN
ip address 199.2.123.2 255.255.255.0
ip nbar protocol-discovery
duplex auto
speed auto
no cdp enable
standby 0 ip 199.2.123.1
standby 0 priority 110
standby 0 preempt
ISSUE:
When the old router is replaced with the new one the following is observed:
Ping from the HO servers to all the ATMs work.
Ping from the ATM segment to all the HO servers work.
ATMs are unable to come online as they are unable to access the services on the servers.
Can some one help me out with the the troubleshooting strategy and advise?

Your diagram is confusing....
The wan edge routers shou "connected to ATMs through the yellow WAN links, but then we see the actual ATMs hanging off the switch. Which is it?
Where do the servers sit?

The ATMs can reach the servers and vise versa. So it doesnt seem like a routing or reachability issue. It seems as though something has changed on your firewall.
With this new set up, are you sure the switch ports have been configured to accomodate it?

Thanks Lamav,
The switch ports have been properly configured to accomodate the change. In the new setup all ports on the switch(connecting Firewall and Router) are in same vlan. And nothing has changed in the firewall either. The servers are located behind the HO MPLS Router.

There are two ATMs actually hanging off the switch and the rest are remotely connected.
