operating temperature of supervisor Engine 720

Based on the following data sheet, it stated "operating temperature is from 0C to 40C".

Operating temperature: 32 to 104°F (0 to 40°C)

however, from the following output, which items is the "operating temperature" refer?

Anyone could answer me the operating temperature of 0-40C is talking about the inlet device ? or the RP processor? or overall ?

Whatever you do, don't try this method on the picture (attached).

The operating temp would be primarily mentioned for on board ASIC.
