OSPF uses IP protocol number 89 and EIGRP uses 88. RIP is UDP based and uses port 520. IGRP uses IP protocol number 9.
To find out about the assigned IP protocol numbers, please refer to the following document:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/protocol-numbers
Hope this helps,

Does RIP v2 works as application like BGP ( working on top of TCP) ?

RIP v2 is like v1 on top of UDP unlike BGP which is on TCP.

OSPF, EIGRP and IGRP are Directly encapsulated in the IP packet. They just add their headers and hence rely on all the properties of the IP datagram.
OSPF - IP datagram 89
EIGRP - IP datagra 88
IGRP - IP datagram 9
RIP uses UDP 520
