OSPF and Pri status

I have two routers running OSPF with dual P2P T1's between them. I am able to access hosts and fail either circuit and maintain connectivity.

The PRI label in the

"show ip ospf neighbor" command never changes from 0.

Is this significant ?

It is not significant. The pri is an abreviation for priority which is used in election of DR. For point to point links there is no election of DR and therefore no priority.
