Ospf area 0 Inactive

Dear All,

I got a problem regarding the OPSF convergence Our mail link goes down and OSPF converged to the Backup link and now when main link goes up OSPF is not converging to main route.

below is the partial output of sh ip ospf

Area BACKBONE(0) (Inactive)

Number of interfaces in this area is 4

Area has no authentication

SPF algorithm last executed 00:50:28.720 ago

SPF algorithm executed 63 times

Area ranges are

Number of LSA 1. Checksum Sum 0x0036D9

Number of opaque link LSA 0. Checksum Sum 0x000000

Number of DCbitless LSA 0

Number of indication LSA 0

Number of DoNotAge LSA 0

Flood list length 0

Can any one please help me .

I think restarting the router may help but i do not want to restart the routers.

Request you to send your TOPOLOGY diagram and configs of both ends.

YOu can also try celar ip ospf process command. if you are willing to restart ur ospf process.

Problem has been resolved it was due to some hardware trouble.
