Hi,

Please find the attached topology. The question here is

1.Will this work with out area0?

2.If it works will R1 lear about the route of R5?

3.What does the R3 called as ? will it be ABR?

Hi ,

In this case area 0 is must.If you want to use same area then ospf upadtes will be sent to other routers which are in the same area.
