OSPF External Route Selection

If I have 2 equal cost routes, but one is a Metric Type 1 and the other is a Metric Type 2, which one will be preferred?

Also if the Type 1 has a forwarding addres and the Type 2 has 0.0.0.0 as the forwarding address which one will be preferred.
