Hi expert,

What is the maximum ospf node in a ospf network ?

How to calculate the cost of the ospf link ? As I know, it is calculated base on the bandwidth, is it right ? any formula ?

cost = 10^8/ bandwidth value = 100,000,000 / bandwidth value

you can set the bandwidth of the interface , or u can set the cost of the interface :

Router(config)#interface s0

Router(config-if)#ip ospf cost 100

or

Router(config)#interface s1

Router(config-if)#bandwidth 56

the number of nodes i think must be less then 1000 .
