ospf questions

guys few ospf question if some can please advise:

area XX stub no summary

area XX nssa

area XX nssa defaukt information originate

area xx nssa no summary

what does the above commands do secondly ospf over NBMA.....if we put the command on interface ip ospf network broadcast then do we have to write (if we are dong static mapping) do we hve to type broadcast command at the end of mapping with delci...thanks guys
