Hello,
you can use "ip nbar protocol-discovery" on a router interface to get the amount of packets and bytes transfered by a specific application.
Be aware however, that bandwidth utilization has two components:
1) bytes and throughput per transaction
2) user number and behaviour
Especially the latter is not so simple to predict in some cases.
In case you would like to get a really detailed picture about your bandwidth utilization, you might also have a look at netflow.
