Anybody know what "M" means?

Router#ping 10.0.0.1 si 1500 df

Type escape sequence to abort.

Sending 5, 1500-byte ICMP Echos to 10.0.0.1, timeout is 2 seconds:

Packet sent with the DF bit set

M.M.M

Success rate is 0 percent (0/5)

Found the answer...

It means the local device needs to fragment, but df bit set. You will only see this if the device originating the ping is the device that must fragment.
