How about if you have an IPsec tunnel to someone and you don't want to NAT to anything but just want them to see your internal addresses?

Hi,

NAT 0 is what is NOT natted, usually is the traffic that goes into IPsSEC for secure communication with a remote site. or, if you inside does not use NAT, is all traffic.

You configure the access-list to define this traffic.
