Can somebody explain to me why this is happening in a stack switch?

Upgrade your switch from this ancient IOS to something more recent (and stable), like 12.2(55)SE8.

Based on decoding the above error logs I can confirm that the device is continously crashing due to a hardware related issue. And in order to resolve the same, you need to replace (RMA) the device as early as possible.

I am also having a similar issue with a 3560X that crashes every 5 weeks (almost to the hour). It is running 15.0(2)SE2. How were you able to decode the crash file?

We are still planning to upgrade the IOS to the latest version. So i cant give any advice to you this time until we done it.
