PLC Device Visible on LAN, but not on WAN

Hello All,

I am having trouble connecting a PLC device to the Wider network.

I have set it up with an IP address, correct gateway and subnet mask.

It is visible on the LAN through a 2950 Series switch.

However it can not be seen outside of this, then when pinged through the connected server it cannot be seen.

the settings are as follows

interface GigabitEthernet0/1

description Customer LAN

ip address 160.222.35.225 255.255.255.0 secondary

ip address 10.28.215.25 255.255.255.252 secondary

ip address 160.222.237.225 255.255.255.0

ip access-group ethernet-in in

ip flow ingress

ip flow egress

ip tcp adjust-mss 1420

duplex full

speed 100

What can block connection at this point?

What is a PLC device?

I think a basic diagram and the full router and switch config would be a big help here.
