I have an IP VPN MPLS Network provided by ISP using OSPF. I have few remote sites (Branches) with one head office (HO). Everything is working fine. Now, I have got secondary access link line at HO connected to Cloud to provide redundancy and prevent single point of failure. Moreover, I have to use the backup line only when the primary line goes down. Please help me in the configuration.
Attached, please find the config of HO and one branch router with topology schematic.
The Secondary Access Link External IP on my end is 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11 on the ISP end.
The problem is, I have many static routes published at the HO with OSPF. When the switchover happens to secondary access link, all my static routes to remains functional and reachable from the branches.
I do not know where to begin with, please help in the configuring the above requirement.
Note: I want to configure the backup access link on the same router where primary line exist, as I have one additional interface.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
