I am a bit confiused about your architecture. Are these routes to loopback interfaces ... it certianly looks like it because they are /32. Is the x.x.y.129 the same x and y in every case? Is you central router the ABR - I presume so because you have only one outlying area? And does the 'x' and 'y' in x.x.y.1 correspond to the 'x' and 'y' in x.x.y.129? If so, what are the masks?
Are the adjacencies flapping?
Perhaps you could post a show ip ospf neighbor and show ip ospf database from the central router's point of view.
