Policy Based Routing over Mutiple Tunnel Interfaces

Is it possible to create a policy so I can match certain traffic then route this traffic over 4 VTI tunnels, load balanced. I have two routers at a remote office which connect to Head Office via ADSL. Each router connects to Head Office using 4 tunnel interfaces.
