Policy-maps

Hi

I've noticed that there are default class maps being applied to interfaces on a Nexus 7010 line card and I'd like to know what the best practice way of removing it from this specific interface. At the moment the bandwidth on this link is being limited (config below).

I was planning to create a new class and policy map, but does the bandwidth need to be set to the speed of the interface within the policy-map, or will it default to that if I don't define the bandwidth specifically? This is a link to another office over MPLS and my main aim is to not have any qos being applied on this interface.
