Policy NAT - I need to change the destination address based on the destination and source address.

Policy NAT - I need to change the destination address based on the destination and source address.

This is what I'm trying to do

Cisco 7200 running 12.4.15.T10

my network     <------------>  their network

static nat for a few source addresses --------> change source addr , leave dest alone

dynamic nat based on an acl "permit ip any 141.1.10.0/24 ---------> assign source from pool leave dest alone

Of course that was the easy part

Where I'm stuck

assign dest addr 10.100.100.64, leave source alone <-------------  based on dest addr of 125.254.3.201 and source of 141.1.2.0/24

assign dest addr 10.100.100.65, leave source alone  <-------------  based on dest addr of 125.254.3.202 and source of  141.1.2.0/24

                                                           <--------- repeat based on dest address 203,204,205,etc....and source of  141.1.2.0/24

assign dest address of 10.100.100.164, leave source alone <------- based on dest addr of 125.254.3.101 and source of 141.1.3.0/24

assign dest address of 10.100.100.165, leave source alone <------- based on dest addr of 125.254.3.102 and source of 141.1.3.0/24

                                                                          <--------- repeat based on dest address 103,104,105,etc....and source of  141.1.3.0/24

I've managed to make policy nat work with route maps based on source changing source but this one escapes me.

Doesn't matter which interface I have to assign inside or outside
